We also advise listed companies on compliance requirements with the Singapore Exchange (SGX) regulations.

Working closely over many years with the Monetary Authority of Singapore on policy and regulatory developments and with the SGX, Global Law Alliance LLC has the ability to offer an in-depth and effective advice on financial and securities law issues. We also work closely with vendors and purchasers and their financial advisers.

The SGX is increasingly becoming the exchange of choice for Asia for international issuers and is rapidly emerging as Asia’s offshore risk management centre for international derivatives.

Catalist, established in January 2008, is the first Sponsored-supervised listing platform in Asia for local and international growth companies. It is a junior board launched by SGX-ST to replace SESDAQ to cater to the needs of high growth companies. Modeled after the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange, it is a public exchange with a sponsor-supervised regulatory structure that has no ceiling for fund-raising.
