Our Leadership

The Senior Directors of Global Law Alliance LLC are experienced legal practitioners. Our law corporation has about 100 years of collective experience in our core practice areas.

Global Law Alliance LLC was founded by our Managing Director, Sharmila Gunasingham, a Singaporean corporate lawyer with over 20 years of practice, who has been rated as a leading individual in the Singapore legal fraternity by international rating agencies. Tek Heng, a senior corporate lawyer with over 20 years of legal experience in practice, is a Senior Director in Global Law Alliance LLC's corporate practice.

Our litigation practice is headed by Niru Pillai, a veteran litigation practitioner. With over 30 years of legal experience in practice, he has acted as counsel in several cases, which are now landmark decisions and are reported in Singapore, Malaysian and English law reports.

Our Malaysian corporate practice is headed by Peter Lee Siew Choong, a former senior partner of Shahrizat Rashid & Lee, and our Malaysian litigation practice is headed by Liew Teck Huat, a senior litigation lawyer with 20 years of litigation experience.

Our Senior Directors are backed in their core practice areas by teams of lawyers comprising Singapore qualified lawyers and Foreign Legal Advisors. Ashish Mehta, one of our senior corporate lawyers is based in Dubai as we have an active Middle East practice which has been established over several years.
